Masters takes great pride and joy in providing top quality services for the lowest cost possible. We look forward to doing so in the new year. The following covers how Masters will be changing in the new year.

Masters has been consistent on pricing. However, since the last price change in 2009 the economy has inflated by 4.7%. We understand that on a consumer level that the following change will be an inconvenience, however in order for Masters to continue to serve you and update our facility, we must re-evaluate costs for inflation. Starting January 7, 2019 boarding rates will increase by$5.00, which is only a 4% increase. Prices will still include the cost of food and administrating medications.

Owners will still receive there multi-pet discounts. Masters would like to also show their appreciation to military personal and we are now offering a military discount. IDs must be presented.

Masters asks that owners bring in any food, treats, etc.. that their pets will take their meds in (for example peanut butter, cheese, etc.) Should Masters have to use house peanut butter, cheese, pill pockets, etc. to administer medications we will be charging for product costs.

Clients that do choose to bring their own food, medication, treats, etc. are asked to bring it in a sealed plastic or metal container. This helps in storing and keeping food fresh. Clients that do not bring these products in appropriate containers will be charged a storage fee.

The last change that will be made with the new year is specific to business demands during holiday and school breaks. We will require a deposit to confirm boarding reservations. The deposit will be applied to you stay and refundable with a 48 hour cancellation.
